February 24th (Wednesday), “Terah Creek” saddlery and cafe, McKenzie Street, Dayboro

• 7pm: FREE Information Session for those interested in learning more about Charlie’s Angels, volunteering and fostering
• 7.30pm: Charlie’s Education Series: “Feeding Horses in Australia” (equine nutrition) — FREE  for Charlie’s Angels Members, $5 donation for Non-members (donations over $2 are tax deductible)

April 4th, 10.00 am: Easter Egg Hunt!

Bring your dog/s and family and hunt for carob easter eggs. Beenleigh area. $15.00 per family. Bookings required: Ph 3386 1358. Proceeds to Charlie’s Angels Horse Rescue!

April 18th (Sunday) Natural Horsemanship Workshop, Blackbutt, Qld 

Get an increased level of confidence and personal SAFETY both on the ground and in the saddle, and significantly improve your communication to your horse as well as get respect and a calmer more confident horse.

Flourish with one-on-one instruction. Gain confidence in yourself as a horseman/woman as you develop your groundwork and riding skills. Learn how to read and train your horse.

Clinics are taught in a group setting and follow a specific course work outline. Cost: Non-members $170 for the full day (riders); Members $140 (riders) for full day. $35 per day for spectators only ($25 per day for members).

April 24th, 10 am to 3 pm: Swap Meet

Do you have items that you no longer need or use and would like to swap or sell them? Location: Canine Cubby, Yatala. $20 per stall or $5 per person, non-stall. Bookings required for stalls. Ph: 3386 1358. Fees donated to Charlie’s Angels!

June 27th: Orienteering Day. Come for a drive around the Great South East with your dog and family. Find new parks, eating places, swim holes and new friends. Departing from Canine Cubby, Yatala. Bookings and payment required before event. $15 per family. Fees donated to Charlie’s Angels!

July 25th: Shaping Fun Day. Bring your dog/s and family for some brain stimulating games for your dogs. Beenleigh area, TBA. Bookings required. Ph 3386 1358. $15 per family. Monies donated to Charlie’s Angels!

August 1   Horses’ Birthday: All memberships due for renewal

August 20th, 6.30pm. Murder Mystery Night. Come and join in the fun and solve the crime. Price includes dinner. Beenleigh area. Bookings required. Phone Donna at Canine Cubby: 3386 1358. All proceeds donated to Charlie’s Angels!

September 6th. Yatala Drive In. Watch a movie the old fashioned way! Drive in with your dog/s and family. Movies to be advised. Book through Donna at Canine Cubby, Ph 3386 1358. Proceeds to Charlie’s Angels!

November 2  Melbourne Cup Day: Bet on a Sure Thing! Donate Your Bets and the Horses are the Winners!
